StockIQ Privacy Policy

StockIQ is a business field-operations application operated by Super Source, LLC (“StockIQ,” “we,” “our,” “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how the StockIQ mobile application collects, uses, and safeguards information.
StockIQ is used by Super Source, LLC personnel and authorized partners for inventory management, field operations, route delivery, invoicing, and time tracking. StockIQ accounts are provisioned and managed by your employer or organization administrator — the app is not offered for personal or consumer sign-up.
Information We Collect
Account and contact details provided by you or your organization, such as name, email address, phone number, company, and role.
Location information — when you use route, delivery, or time-clock features, StockIQ collects your device’s location only while the app is in use (foreground) to record delivery stops and time-clock punches. StockIQ does not access your location in the background.
Camera and photos — photos you capture or select to document completed work, proof of delivery, and customer signatures, and camera access used to scan barcodes. Captured photos are uploaded to the StockIQ backend as part of the associated job, task, or delivery record.
Transactional information such as orders, invoices, credit notes, payments, routes, jobs, and inventory counts you create or process in StockIQ.
Usage and diagnostic information such as device identifiers, app version, IP address, and crash, performance, and error data used to keep StockIQ reliable.
Push notification token so StockIQ can deliver the operational alerts you have enabled.
Face ID / biometrics: If you enable biometric unlock, authentication is performed entirely on your device by Apple’s system. StockIQ never receives, stores, or transmits your biometric data.
How We Use Information
We use your information to operate StockIQ, authenticate you, record field work and deliveries, generate and send invoices and statements, deliver the notifications you enable, respond to inquiries, maintain security and reliability, and comply with legal requirements.
StockIQ does not use your information to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and does not use it for third-party advertising.
Third-Party Services
StockIQ relies on a limited set of service providers that process data on our behalf:
Google Sign-In (Google LLC) — authenticates users who sign in with a Google account.
Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — crash, error, and performance diagnostics.
Xero — accounting and invoicing.
Google Cloud Platform — hosting of the StockIQ backend and stored data.
These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations and may use the data only to provide their services to StockIQ.
Sharing of Information
We may share information with vendors and service providers who help us operate StockIQ (such as payment processors, accounting, and hosting providers), or when required by law. We may also disclose information in a business transfer such as a merger or sale. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS Messaging
If your organization has enabled SMS for operational alerts and you have opted in by providing your mobile number, you may receive SMS messages from Super Source, LLC related to StockIQ operations. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (a confirmation will be sent and no further messages delivered); reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing; numbers are shared only with trusted providers to deliver messages.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain data only as long as needed for business, compliance, and legal purposes.
Your Rights and Account Deletion
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, update, or delete your information.
Because StockIQ accounts are created and managed by your employer or organization, you cannot create or delete an account from within the app. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact your organization administrator or contact us directly at the email below, and we will act on your request consistent with applicable law and our obligations to your organization.
Children’s Privacy
StockIQ is a workplace application not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where required by law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be posted with a new effective date.
